Droneology journey, these cards delve into essential drone knowledge, including laws, regulations and the types of drone coordinating groups.

By the end of Yellow, RubiQ will be fully assembled — minus the props and plugged-in LiPo, of course. Safety first!

b. Orange Level

Orange focuses on robotic programming as you configure the drone in preparation for its first flight. At the same time, you’ll start building muscle memory in your thumbs by training on the flight simulator, continuing through Droneology with lessons on Basic Piloting Skills and Ethical Operation.

The Purple Cards work to develop computer science skills by finishing up all of the drone’s configuration needs. Once RubiQ is all set, ready and willing, head to the flight field to get the first taste of line-of-sight flight by practicing how to take off, hover, land, pitch and roll. By the end of

d. Blue Level

The Blue Cards are all about First-Person View as pilots experience the thrills of FPV for the first time. Don your goggles, prep your props, head to the flight field and get ready to experience it in an entirely new way. By the end of the Blue Cards, pilots will gain full control of the Master radio, exploring the wonders of complete freedom of flight with RubiQ. With lots of practice, FPV flight time and experimenting with RubiQ’s many flight modes, pilots will be well on their way towards becoming a Drone Jedi.
